DESIGN :
ANKITA HOIST is designed in modular construction with each component having easy accesss for maintenance purpose. The rope drum, gear box, motor, brake and panel can be easily attended to.
     
FRAME : The frame is of sturdy designed fabricated fromsteel plates and is welded / bolted type.
     
ROPE DRUM :
Steel fabricated / seamless pipe drum is machine grooved to IS-3938 and is designed to accommodate the whole length of rope in one layer. Guide ring on the drum ensures smooth winding of wire rope.
     
ROPE GUIDE :
The rope guide is made of special close grain casting & is specially designed and accurately machine to suit the grooves of the rope drum & prevents the rope from overriding & loosening. It also operates the limit switches provided as a safety feature to limit the over hoisting & over lowering of the hook. The guide is so designed to ensure proper tensioning of the rope.
     
WIRE ROPE : 6x36/6x37 construction steel rope with minimum factor of safety of 5 is provided.
     
GEAR BOX :
Complete gear train for hoisting motion is in an eclosed casing, provided with oil bath lubrication. The gears are made from alloy steel / carbon steel.
     
LIFTING HOOK :
Forged steel shank type hook with thrust bearing for swivel is incorporated. Hook is tested as per IS:3815.
     
TROLLEY :
Wheel gap is adjustable for various sizes ofl l-Beams, Trolley-Motor driven, hand driven, hand chain or pull push type-can be provided as per requirement.
     
HOOKS :
Heavy duty hightensile stel froged hooks are used & fitted in such a manner that they rotate and swivel freely.
     
MOTORS :
Motors are of Sq. Cage indction motors, confirming to IS-325 with comparatively higher H.P. and higher starting torque to reduce handling time. It is flange mounted to suit our design and with Class B or Finsulation.
     
LIMIT SWITCH : Snap action type limit switches are provided to avoid over hoisting and over lowering.
     
CONTROL :
The hoist is controlled from grounded by means of pendent type of push buttons operating on low voltage of 110 volts to ensure safety of the operator. Control panel is of enclosed type with easily removable cover complete with Transformer, Contractors and Fuses.
     
SP. HOIST : Foot mounted and flexible trolley Hoists are made as per client's requirements.
     
GUARANTEE : A guarantee is provided for the repair and replacement F.O.R. Thane of any part which proves defective in material or workmanship provided it is not tempered with. Technical specifications furnished are for calss II duty HOISTS with std 6 mtrs lift with corresponding hoisting & CT speeds as per Chart. The specifications / dimensions are subjected to change in case of any devications from our standard specifications.
